The bustling neighborhood of Waikīkī is home to frequent parades and street festivals throughout the year, including the ʻOhana Block Party Festivals. For these street festivals, Kalākaua Avenue is lined with local food vendors selling everything from cane juice to snacks and Hawaiian plate lunches, plus artisans and craft makers offering unique handmade arts & crafts. You’ll also enjoy local music and entertainment, including activities for keiki. Waikīkī’s BIGGEST block parties of the year are fun for the whole ʻohana! Come out and support local small business owners. Admission is FREE to the public. Shopping and eating are highly encouraged!
If you are a vendor and want to participate in these festivals, see Millwood Ohana Productions (millwoodohanaproductions.com) or email them at: events@millwoodohanaproductions.com

Parking in Waikīkī
Free street parking in Waikīkī can be very difficult to find. Further, restrictions can be confusing. If you find a spot, be sure to read the signs carefully. If you park during restricted times, expect to be ticketed and possibly towed. Also, do not park within four feet of any driveway flare, within 10-feet of a fire hydrant, within 20-feet of a crosswalk, or within 30-feet of a stop sign. However, free parking is available on Ala Wai Boulevard and Monsarrat Avenue. Most other streets in or near Waikīkī are metered. More info: Parking Rules Brochure.pdf (honolulu.gov)
Metered Parking is available at Kapiʻolani Park along Kalākaua and Paki Avenues and the Honolulu Zoo parking lot (151 Kapahulu Avenue). More info: www2.honolulu.gov/honolulumyway/
