Tai Chi is a form of martial arts and low impact exercise for Older Adults 50+, every 4th Wednesday. Medical clearance by a physician is recommended. Wear comfortable clothing and covered-toe shoes. Bring bottled water or water in reusable drinkware. About the instructor: Ron Ishimaru is certified by the Tai Chi for Health Institute. He teaches Sun style Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention, an evidenced-based exercise program endorsed by the CDC and the Hawaii Department of Health EMS and Injury Prevention System Branch.
