Hawaiʻi ʻUlu Cooperative is celebrating ONE MILLION POUNDS of Hawai‘i-grown staples harvested between July 2016 and July 2022. To celebrate this achievement and keep the momentum going, they are sharing more ways for anyone to enjoy Hawaiʻi-grown staples. They’ve just released a new digital recipe book created in collaboration with enthusiastic ‘Ulu Ambassadors, aiming to inspire all residents to cook with Hawaiʻi-grown staples such as ‘ulu, kalo, ‘uala, pala‘ai and ‘ulu flour. Use the recipes to support your journey to incorporate more locally grown crops into your daily diet.More info: New Recipe Book: Free Download (PDF) – Hawaiʻi ‘Ulu Co-op (eatbreadfruit.com)
