Head to Kauaʻi North Shore for a plant sale featuring plants from Limahuli Garden. Built on the footprint of Hawaiian ancestors, Limahuli Garden and Preserve is located in one of the most biodiverse valleys in the Hawaiian Islands. Limahuli is one of the last easily accessible valleys with intact archaeological complexes, native forest, pristine streams, and descendants of the valley’s original inhabitants still caring for it today. National Tropical Botanical Garden (NTBG) is a not-for-profit institution, dedicated to discovering, saving, and studying the world’s tropical plants and sharing what is learned. Their network of five botanical gardens, preserves, and research facilities encompass nearly 2,000 acres, including four in Hawaiʻi (Allerton Garden, McBryde Garden, Kahanu Garden, Limahuli Garden & Preserve) and one in Florida (The Kampong).
