Learn the wild edible plants growing all around you on monthly foraging walks with resident foodie & botanist Dr. Nat Bletter, flavormeister of Madre Chocolate. Nat leads a monthly forage through the lush greenery of Makiki and Tantalus to educate and enlighten participants on the virtues of eating slow off the land. During this 3-hour tour, participants learn about all the edibles available to them right outside their front or back door. You’ll be in great hands as you learn about and get to taste the incredible plant life – seeds, flowers, fruit, vines, etc. growing wild and available to everyone. Tickets by donation, suggested $40.
