The Maui Malama Pono Concert is a benefit concert by Hawaii’s finest musicians and musical artists for the Maui Ohana affected by the ravages of the recent wildfires. The entertainers include up and coming artists, and the recipients of Hawaii’s most prestigious Na Hoku Hanohano awards: Crossing Rain, Kalani Pea, Mark Yamanaka, Makaha Sons, Taimane, Dillon Pakele, Kala’e Camarillo and others. The monetary donations will be designated for use by The Maui Strong Fund–Hawaii Community Foundation, an umbrella resource to provide critical services to our Maui Ohana, such as housing, food, and transportation. Please show your support for those who suffered losses of their loved ones and of their homes by the sea and by the ridges of the mauna (mountains) by attending the concert at Hawaii Theater ($30-$50/ticket) or via LIVE stream ($25): Buy: MAUI MALAMA PONO CONCERT (salesforce-sites.com). More info: MAUI MALAMA PONO CONCERT – Hawaii Theatre Center.
First 100 persons that drop off canned goods or gift cards to the Hawaii Theatre Box Office, starting Monday August 21 will get one complimentary ticket.
