Official Recovery Information: Maui Recovers was launched in September to provide vital information and assistance, including a map that shows reopened zones, to those affected by the destructive fires. For planning purposes, restricted areas in Lahaina have been organized into zones.  As areas are opened for access, visitation or re-entry, the County will utilize the zones identified on this map to communicate changes in the status of each zone.
