Free stage lighting class in Honolulu

Interested in learning theatre stage lighting? TAG-The Actors’ Group is hosting a free lighting class on Saturday, February 26, from 9 am to 1 pm. Instructor Charles Wade will teach intro to light design, how the lighting board works, how to create scenes and cues, and give an overview of lighting instruments, LEDs, movers, and more. TAG is also offering an opportunity for people to get paid working in the light booth for upcoming TAG shows.  The course is limited to 12 people on a first-come, first-serve basis and you must sign up ahead of time by emailing TAG managing director Laurie Tanoura at tag@hawaii.rr.com.
