Is there parking close by?
Carole Cancler says
Yes, there are a number of places to park. There is parking at the Chinatown Cultural Plaza: http://chinatownculturalplaza.com/parking/.
There is street parking, which can be difficult to find open. Be sure to read and follow signage and meter instructions carefully.
Here are various maps of parking lots, which are sprinkled throughout the district:

Different this year, everything closer to American Savings Bank cause they’re the ones funding this. I’ll pass, I was hoping for it to be in the heart of chinatown. Pass was looking forward to it but when I got there and saw it changed areas I turned around and went back home.

I was just happy to see Lunar New Year festivals come back this year since everything has been postponed for the past couple years, not too mention the loss of budgets and staffing. I recommend supporting festivals and other events that are coming back. It’s the only way we will continue to see them in the future. Big thanks to American Savings Bank for stepping up.
